Don George, his daughter, Denise Neptune, and Pam Garrison, 70th RRC, enjoy the evening. Denise authored a beautiful poem, 'Honoring Our Veterans' which she shared with all.

Homer Gorman from Jamestown, OH was attending his first Western States Reunion. He and Ruth made many friends during the event.

Dale and Les flank MG GT Gunhus, Chaplain, USA Retired, following the Chaplain's talk for the Memorial Service. Chaplain Gunhus described the 9/11 tragedy and seeing his destroyed office in the Pentagon after the plane crash. Fortunately he and his staff had been relocated for renovation and another department occupied his former space. GT was a former student of Les's at Seattle Pacific College where Les coached basketball and tennis.

Frank Ellis holds his granddaughter, Jennifer's hand, in front of the special assembly Frank created a few years ago. Frank had his WW II jeep on display at the motel.
