Inducted, Philadelphia PA, August 20 1943. Trained as Radio Operator at Camp Adair and Ft. Leonard Wood. Served in ETO in Ardennes/Alsace, Rhineland and Central Europe Campaigns. After discharge on April 24, 1946, worked for 39 years as an industrial engineer in concrete fabrication and truck manufacturing industries. Retired from Mack Trucks, Inc, Hagerstown, MD in 1985. Served as 70th Division Association Member 1974-1987 and also as Trailblazer Editor. Recognized as "Outstanding Trailblazer," 1982. Deceased, 7/2/1987. Survived by wife Agnes Lang Moran, 3 daughters, one son and 3 grandsons.
